How do i know if i have bent the subframe?

  E36 328
had a bit of a mishap yesterday, basically went 25-30 mph into a curb with both wheels turned. I have had a look and both wishbones are snapped at the bits where they mount onto the subframe and the bushings on the arb are fucked, doesnt look as if the arb is bent but time will tell but if the wishbones have snapped away does this mean that the subframe should be ok?

Pics: Sorry about the poor quality, taken on crappy iphone camera

I'd bet thats potentially bent, I bent a wishbone and it bent the subframe in my old 1.6. Still tracked and drove straight but the passenger front wheel always sat further back in the arch compared to before. If the subframe doesn't look obviously bent then it might be ok but mine didn't either but it was distorted somewhere/how.

best bet is fit the wishbones then get a 4 wheel alignment
its not normally the subframes that bend it seems to be the mountings on the chassis legs
