How do I remove this?

Do I need this? If not how can I remove it because it makes a sh£t load of noise!
If anyone could enlighten me that would be great

It is a vent. It lets the pressure out of the inside of the car when you shut the door.

It's to let air out when closing doors and keep gases from the outside (harmful exhaust stuff etc) getting in !

If you remove it, there's going to be an almighty hole in your bodyside. If you seal the hole up, good luck closing the doors without a fight. Closing efforts are dogsiht already on Clios !

Lol will leave it in and put up with the noise then! Was thinking of destroying it to get it out......
