how do you remove door side strips?

Open the door, push hard.

The door ones push to the outside of the door.

Right side push to the left, Left side of the car pushes to the right.

The rear quater ones push to the door side

Right side to the right, Left side to the left.

wot do you mean by push hard? just on the inside of the door? lol

No there's no screw :)

On the doors, open the door, and just inside the edge near where the catch is there is a rubber grommet. Pull it off and you'll see a sort of clip type thing, just wedge a screw driver behind it and push towards the back of the car and they should just fall off.

The back ones slide off towards the direction of the door, I just put a rubber mallet on the end and give it a dunt and they fall off.

they slide off. the one on the quater slide towards the door and the one on the door slides towards the qauter but they can be a bit of a pain. what id do is get a roll of 2" masking tape and put it on the cars body work at the edge of the molding then hit it in the direction it needs to go and because its masking tape it wont scratch you paint.

on the front door side strips look at the underside of the strip alongside the edge of the door you will see a rectangular hole, put a flat blade'r in there to release!! if you push them off you will break the catch!!
