How do you remove the Plenum Sensor (MAP SENSOR ? ?)

How do you remove the sensor on the side of the Plenum on a 172FF/CUP ?

As i plan to remove my Plenum(MAP??) Sensor to try in a friends car and see if his is buggered as he has a dashboard light illuminated and thinks it could be that.

In the process of removing my one, is it easily damaged ?

As i dont fancy trying my one on Ecka's car and found i have broke my own one in the process

I must agree with you to some extent actually matey! The plugs under the seats took me ages to get apart just got pissed off in the end and broke them off.

Gently pull it out, its only held in by the rubber seal.

Would imagine if it was a map sensor prob the car would be jumping about like a kangaroo
