how do you unlock a phone to any network?

just got a sumgsung e-250 form tesco for 40 quid but its locked to the tesco network .how do i get it unlocked so i can us my orange sim in it

Most independent phone dealers will be able to unlock it for you for around £10-£15.There should be someone in your own town.

Yeah my old nokia was on 3 and only cost me a tenner to get it unlocked.

Try a market stall that sells phone bits lol, they'll usually do it for a fiver

try contacting tesco themselves

as i was with orange, i said i was going aboard and need it unlocked, they charged me 17quid to get it done.
