"Navy" N17 TWO
I left it about an hour between coats of primer, then overnight before I did a quick skim with 1500 wet/dry sandpaper before I put the paint on 
Same idea with the paint, about 30mins-1hour between coats then leave to dry overnight before lacquer
Once I was happy with the last coat of paint I didn't sand it before adding lacquer and it came out fine
Most importnat - APPLY THIN & EVEN COATS - even if you think you've made a blunder.
It's easier to dry and sand back a thin layer than a thick mess lol
