1998 BMW e46 323i
Okay, my through flow rear silencer is just too loud, after 7 months I've decided to replace it.
Renault 172 MkII 2001 rear silencer is £200+ fitting, not cheap.
GSF and Europarts don't seem to do them.
So my friendly renault indie specialist wanted to charge me £117+ fitting, not too bad I thought.
Anyway, today I'm at the specialist's picking my car up after he's fitted another wheel bearing, (2nd before 50k, effing french cars) and I enquire about the silencer once more. A delivery guy from CES UK says quietly "don't buy it from here, come to us direct, we're cheaper". I get the number and address from his van and give himn the thumbs up.
£96! Then found a place to fit it for me, for £25. It'll be a bugger to do (the indie had said he couldn't do it without replacing the middle section,.. which he said was too pricey - NO s**t £198).
In other words; free fitting!
OH AND BUY STUFF FROM CES UK, who I'd never heard of.
