i'm 19 and wanting a sport wondered if anyone else got one at this age and managed to get insurance??

well for speed i just bin on confused and compare the market and they like 4 grand plus a yr!! crazy, i managed to get 4 yrs no claims as well now it amazing at 20 lol

it ain't worth it, however........

put a named driver on the policy, the older the better, someone retired, mum, dad or grandad. Reduce it a few hundred quid.

Park it in a garage!, don't lie, but it might be worth avin the use of one.

First suggestion is a winner though

I got mine at 20 payed 1500, now im 21 it will be under 800 (renewal at end of march ). My little brother got his 172 at 18, not sure exactly how much he paid but it was a fair amount.

how the fck are you paying that?! i have the 1.4 and insure it for business use and it dont come to that, im only 18 aswel!
