How to de badge the boot properly?

I want the Clio badge off and looking for the RS style sports badge, but are these riveted in meaning the would have to be fill at a body shop?

Most people just cover over the holes with the new badge mate. I wouldn't go and spend £100 having them filled by a body shop.

If you're worried about water getting in like I was, you could silicone a few grommits to fill the holes from behind -
