how to get indicators into wing mirrors

the clio has had the side reapeators smoothed off the body work and was wondering how easy it would be to rewire an led or similar into wing mirror so it is mot passable!

just extend the two wires from the wing, into the door and up into the wing mirror,

please get some subtle wing mirrors though

m3 mirrors and the like are dreadfully chavy!

i was hoping to get them put into the ones that are on it lol

i cnt stand chavvy parts but could u recommend osm emirrors that would look ok!
