How to open a PDF without Adobe

I need to open a PDF document without using adobe acrobat reader as I am unable to download this programme (work blocks downloads).

How can I open this?

It creates a HTML version of the PDF. Tested that document and it works fine.

Right click the link to the PDF and copy the file location and paste that into the top box on the link above. It takes a while as the PDF is over 12Mb.
