How to protect headlamps after polishing

I'm going to be tackling my cloudy headlamp lenses this weekend, but wondered if anyone has found a way of protecting them, preventing it happening again?

Put a layer of CarPro Dlux on them mate

Or a layer of 2k clear coat after you have sanded all the cloudiness off.

Wax them all you want but theyl still go cloudy again pretty quick as the factory protection will have been scrubbed off

Have you tried the 2k approach? I notice you can get matt, semi-gloss and gloss: any preference?

Had mine coated in Siramik HR.
Replaces the UV coating and now i just constantly top up with Gtechniq C2V3

Doesnt Gtechniq c4 do the same job?

Probably, however C4 isn't a gloss product. Good friend of mine is an accredited Siramik detailer, so he coated them for me.

I used Gyeon Trim, seems to do the job.

Yeah I used a headlight lacquer made by e tech I think on the z4. Worked well

2k clearcoat.

100% Lacquer will turn them back to new job done
