how to remove 182 headunit ??

how is this done ??
i may seem thick but i dnt have any pins or anything to take it out.
should i have these ? or what should i use ?

Standard HU removal pins. You can get them from Halfords for a few pence or make 4 "pins" from a wire coathanger.

Coat hanger mate .Push em in the holes either side about an inch or so and pull the head unit out .

when i had the headunit in my 1.2 i actually got the removal pins in the little pouch thing with my service book etc. But my headunit used flat kinda pins was the upgraded one i had fitted.

Your not kidding - I did mines a week or so ago and had to stop the car as i thought i was hearing stuff turns out it was background noise on the cd lol
