how to remove the headlight washer jets?

As above i want to know how to take them off and replace with the caps.

They are fastened on from the underside of the bumper. Not sure if you can get to them by removing the arch liners. Might be a bumper off job, they'll be easy to take off then.

Easy to take the bumper off just a few bolts

dont need to take the bumper off!
just undo the bottom plastic cover under the bumper and remove the arch liner and your in jobs a fish
