Dave Car Mondeo STTDCI Feb 7, 2006 #5 I always find this impossible! I spend hours in the Ebay help forums every time I try to do this and I always forget. Guess I'm not much help!

jonesyx Car MR2 2.0 N/A & Mk1 1.2Clio Feb 7, 2006 #7 you need to email the seller, they have to cancel your bid for you! i had to cancel a bid a wee while back, the seller was cool about it, but he could have been a total c'o'c'k!

Chris1.4RT Car ex Clio 172 owner :( Feb 8, 2006 #8 Have ye done this yet. You don't have to email the seller at all. Go here and click on the Bid Retraction Form link near the bottom. I've done this twice before. You're meant to leave them a message explaining and risk a warning from eBay but I've never had one.

Chris1.4RT Car ex Clio 172 owner :( Feb 8, 2006 #10 ^^ is that not cancelling a bid? Ie a seller cancelling a bidders bid? He wants, as a bidder, to cancel his bid on an item being sold.
