how to take off a ph1 bumper?

Undo slam panel and remove it undo the bolts underneath that attatch it to the undertray area pull back the arch liners and I think there's 2 bolts on each side to undo. You will need a socket and ratchet with an extension bar to reach them realistically.

There's the front grill to remove too, it's not as bad as it sounds. Took me about 2 hours to get it off just by guessing. Just try remember where everything goes.

lol, wantefd to know how long to leave in a day to do it, along with how to do it!
does it require taking the wings off?, and to take the wings off does the bumper have to come off first?

No you don't take the wings off, you unbolt the bumper from behind the arch liners.

At a guess I would say yes but I honestly have no idea. The best way to find out is to take it off and have a look.

I imagine you will need the sport wings to go with the sport bumper if you're doing a rep.
