No mate, you have to mount the sidemounts onto baseframes that are tailored to the clio. I am currently sweating over this at the moment. I am waiting on a set of Corbeau sliding subframes I won off ebay which hopefully can be modified to take the Sabelt sidemount buckets.
With FCS just a few weeks away things are getting tense!
most people use the mountinh points for the runners on mk1s..bolt them straight in ...mine were ok when i rolled use big washers/steel plates to spread the load..
clio floor is too thin to safely mount buckets to.
what you need is either seat rails welded in, which you can m,ount to, or as said ise some tailered frames, remove the runners, and drill into whats left.
you gotta make sure they are solid, as during an accident, alst thing you want is for them to rip out!
