how will i know if my shocks are dead?



Going to get my 60mm p.i springs fitted on the weekend, alot of people says the standard shocks will go how do i know if they go lol might sound stupid but i dont know what to be looking out for?

I'm gueesing, push down on coner of car and if it doesnt immediatly spring back up, ie it moves up and down a bit... it's foooked i think. Thats what my haynes manual for my car said :)
 
as you are driving you will feel like the back or front is diving going into / through corners.

It depends how you drive as to how long they will last.

i had 60mm pi springs on my old 02 plate for around 16 month with 17s before i wrote it off and they were ok but the ride is really harsh and even cracked the baskets on my vibe subs at time!
