how will i know if my shocks are dead?

Going to get my 60mm p.i springs fitted on the weekend, alot of people says the standard shocks will go how do i know if they go lol might sound stupid but i dont know what to be looking out for?

I'm gueesing, push down on coner of car and if it doesnt immediatly spring back up, ie it moves up and down a bit... it's foooked i think. Thats what my haynes manual for my car said

as you are driving you will feel like the back or front is diving going into / through corners.

It depends how you drive as to how long they will last.

i had 60mm pi springs on my old 02 plate for around 16 month with 17s before i wrote it off and they were ok but the ride is really harsh and even cracked the baskets on my vibe subs at time!

Iv got 60mm PI shocks and springs...Its the mutts nutts imo.
