trying to get my warranty extended free of charge, as my 172 cup has been down to renault so many times its unbelievable, on average at least once a month since owning her

it seems everytime i drive her i find something else up and tbh i am fooking disgusted, and local renault dealer doesnt help by never getting the problems fixed properly

who would i need to speak to

Renault customer service I guess - if you do a search the number is bound to be on here somewhere - but I wouln't hold your breath !

if you go to your dealer as apposed to renault customer service as your dealer doesn't give a toss about what it costs renault... as they always get the money, whether its done on warranty or not.

Renault customer service will give you vouchers like 50% off a service or something... but thats about it. I'd definately go to your dealer, and sweet talk them. They have the authority to do it, it's a simple change on the cumputer system. They do it all the time when they sell a used car.

Depends on milagage
To extend till 60k and 4yrs is £395 for 5 yrs is £675
To extend to 90k and 3yrs is £575, 4yrs £695, 5yrs £875
To extend to 120k and 3yrs is £795, 4yrs £945, 5yrs £1075

its a good warently I've got it on my car they seem to have no quibbles about paying up they payed for the ball and stearing joints on my car to be chnaged no problem. Its a better warently then the 3yrs year standard one covers you for.

Yep they know there products reliable or stasitcally cost effective to that sort of milage. Thats why there not worried about a 3 yr 60k warenty.
