Ok guys i need a dummies guide on how to do this

I know you can make a webpage and upload onto ebay (main advantage it can be stored and modified easily and you can add tons of pics with a neat outlay) but i haven't got a clue how to do it

I have managed to get a free trial of Ezypage that is for making webpages
