righto, since I got my car my old sony stereo would only work with the arial plugged in. Obviously working as the earth! Then got an Alpine and that was the same! took that out, and i tried an original headunit, but it wouldnt work at all, even with the ariel plugged in!
Anyway bought this pioneer 2day, and thats the same, cant get fek all. now it has a battery wire, with a fuse which obviously goes to the battery, but so did the alpine but that worked!
do i really need to mess about connecting it to the battery for it to work, as I only ripped the cable out the other day
