HUB SPACING

  alien green rs133
i've been thinking, my rear wheels are sat in a fair way and i would like them further out, as close to the arch with out touching :approve: so here is my train of thought, "maybe i could machine some aluminium to space out the rear hub (1.2 clio with drums :dapprove: ) then stick some longer bolts in, this would space the rear end out with out using crap spacers that can effect wheel placement, let me know guys what you think

put mahosive spacers on the back but they rubbed and stuck out a little bit, but my alloys are much wider than the original steelies, i think it looked the mutts nutts though.
will be getting some smaller ones.
i got them from a1 moterway stores cos £18 universal fit and extention bolts included.

i plan on spacing the hub including the drum away from the tortion bar 50mm instead of putting spacers between the hub and wheel :)
