Type 10, fitted onto the hub using the nuts and/or bolts supplied in the kit. The wheel is then attached to the spacer using the oringal bolts and nuts.
I thought by having the hubcentric spacers rather than a piece of metal, you can use standard bolts and also there is no faffing about if you take your wheel off at any time. That what I thought anyway lol.
