The car was actually clean at the start of the journey... but when you're in a North Wales forest the night before a rally well you've got to have a play haven't you?!!

Just so everyone knows I cleaned and waxed the 172 tonight ...unfortunately at the weekend it's getting driven round a forest in Scotland so it will be getting dirrrrty again
