I need help with my balls....

Ok so I bought a new washer ball from renault... and it turns out theyve now fixed the problem with the ball popping out so I now cant simply swap the ball over... Im going to have to replace the whole stalk....

Ive tried popping the new one out but its tight! and Im going to damage something If I do... so next question is... how does the bumper come off??

Not that this helps you but does this mean the 182 is fitted with the new and improved model without the self releasing balls?

well all I know is when I got the washer stalk from renault ... the packet had a bit of paper in it that looked like it was the result of being photocopied 5 million times... it was all in French but I noticed a few words indicating a known fault with the old ones.
