You'll need spigot rings - enquire with the supplier. I bought Rota Slipstreams from a different company and they were provided.

The bore has to be spot on as it's a load bearing surface. If the bore size of the wheel is too large all of the weight will be supported by nothing but the wheel bolts. The wheel bolts will fail and you will loose the wheel. Spigot rings are adapters that effectively give a new bore diameter and make a nice snug fit between the wheel and hub.

As an aside if you're planning on using the wheels for track only, you will find that the spigot rings stay attached to the hub and not the wheel and are a real pain to get off when you swap wheels over.
