Ide air regulator ??

Hi, im new at forum so forgive me if i ask stupit questions....
I have set new sparks on my 2.0 16v 172 2000 clio and im sure that i did it right...but my car now its starts with 4rpm and i have change the idle fuel air pressure...and stil starts with 4rpm...i opened again and put it all back together but still the same problem can someone help me with an idea plz?!

Try slacken off the inlet bolts with engine running .... Sounds bizarre but I had it and I didn't tighten the bolts correctly .
