Looking for ideas for when my new Renaultsport clio 200 arrives in December, my vxr was standard for less than a day so advise/ideas on what will look good plz.

Does the Cup spoiler not require a different tailgate? Either way they ruin the 197/200 in my opinion but that's a personal thing.

Don't tint the windows. It will look s**t and you'll cry when you get abuse in the "I hate the Police" thread that will inevitably follow.

Cup spoiler fits on a standard tailgate.

Sarah, are you blonde or brunette? That will help to give advice for your mods.

I think any spoiler goes on the tailgate if it's sans spoiler. But if you have the small one then you need to change the tailgate to add the cup spoiler. I think.

No idea on drilling. I presume so. Another reason not to fit it.

No, its the smaller optional one thats a different tailgate. Cup spoilers are a must on 197/200s IMO.

Its going to be quite difficult to recommend chav mods for a 200, and all the chavs on here are still in 172/182s. I'm not aware of any decent styling mods for the 200, are you after styling mods or engine mods?

The spoiler fits cos i foned the dealer to add it on but they wanted double the price of if i bought it and got it painted myself and fitted at my work

styling is fine on the vxr i had the remus fitted so like new exhaust and wheres best for gettin them mapped etc

Wheels go black speedlines- white look pony
susp-go for KW coilovers or H&R-
acrapovic exhaust
Retrim the recaros - edge motorsport
Projector lights
Jamsport supercharger conversion-

there you go 10k blown in a few sentences

I personally love the cup spoiler and don't think the 197 and 200 look quite right without it. I know it's a big debate on here though.

Don't put tints on it though.

show plates it was on a vxr plate the clios got a sarah plate but no as good as that one

IMO the spoiler shouts too much about performance that the car doesn't have. In a straight line I mean.

IMHO the cup spoilers look like something you would get on a hatchback in 'need for speed'
I prefer the lip spoilers of 1*2's, vxr's, fiesta etc rather than a 'wing' as such!

Cup spoiler is a must!! Looks good with side skirts and a front splitter!! You need to join 197.net, you'll get a lot more help/ ideas on that forum!
