idle is a bit lumpy , sometimes stalls

Hi , my idle is up and down on my clio , it bounces up and down and after taking out of gear sometimes stalls !! could this be the idle valve or throttle bodie needing cleaning ???

I'd got with the iscv sticking. How is the idle controlled with itbs?
