Just bought this 172 cup! Had it delivered but when first starting up it’s so lumpy! The owner says it’s normal but I’m not sure?

They are a bit lumpy when first started from cold, but that seems a bit too lumpy to me. What's the history like? Injectors done (with genuine/magnetti marelli) recently? Cambelt and dephaser done at a specialist?

Injectors were replaced by Genuine Renault parts this year I believe. It’s been mapped apparently. It’s got a ninja cat back exhaust and k-etc sports cat but these things shouldn’t make it lumpy?
