Idler??? I am confuse???

Are these the same thing??

1) Idler Pulley
2) Timing Belt Idler
3) Cambelt Tensioner
4) Pulley Bearing

I got the Idler (part number 82 00 065 479), what is that for exactly??? I got it because Edde recommend us to change it as well when aux belt change.

So when Edde mentioned the idler on 36k service, he means Idler Pulley??? Do I need to change it when having the aux belt change?

And what is the one I got exactly?

On the cambelt there are actually 2 idlers and 1 tensioner.

On the aux belt there is an idler below the aircon pump, bend down and have a look. I think that is what edde was talking about as that is the part number which it corresponds to.
