Can I book a appointment at store so they can show me how to use it? I literally can't do anything on it.

Well, I'm pretty terrible with all aspects of it. Anything tech I'm horrendous at.

One thing I just can not understand is iTunes and how iPhones work with them.

Like I just clicked away setting up a iCloud, I don't even know what one is. Ive just got a something me account (which it said once I set I can't change)

What the hell is a iCloud?

The only clouds I know are stratus and clumulus!
