Illustrator Help - Numbered list

Does anyone know how to do a numbered list in illustrator?

I can do the Bulleted list Alt 0149 and adjust the indentation, but can't find any info on the web to do a numbered one preferably roman numerals.

Help greatly appreciated!

shouldn't you use Indesign for this sort of thing rather than illustrator?
