And just buy an external enclosure, great burner, i have 2 in my machine.

My mate has one in an external enclosure he bought off of ebay, works a treat

Just got this drive at work - absolutely spanking. Also has a feature called LiteScribe where you can use special disks, turn them over in the drive and etch a label and image onto them.
