Hello again chaps, I just thought Id let you all know the stupid front bumper has gone in the bin and Ive decided to put a standared one back on. More work to do but weathers getting better now should be ready soon.
Yeah I too think it looks far better, Im keeping it black in the middle and roof to match the carbon bonnet, the car will be white. I think it needs a splitter though?
The spoilers off, I've just bought the V6 double one - I think it's the V6 anyway, keeping the side skirts on though, not to everyone's taste but I really like them. Not sure weather to carbon wrap the roof or just gloss black? I love the bonnet so that won't be going anywhere, it's a big improvement, less transformers, more transformed as someone said to me the other day.
In my opinion get rid of the entire body kit and put it back to standard, no carbon wrapping or anything. Have it nicely colour coded in a factory colour and put OEM wheels on. Then lower it 30mm, and you have a nice classy, powerful clio
Only my opinion so feel free to ignore it.
That clio uploaded in Tunst's post is one of the ugliest cars I have ever seen, in my opinion.
The front bumper could be worse tbf, even if they filled that hole below the fog light hole and smoothed off the corners of that splitter thing it'd be a huge improvement
It will all come together when it's colour coded instead of looking like a Lego car, I'm out of work at the moment so everything is being bought 2nd hand and as cheap as possible, if I had a big budget things would be much improved but I'm getting there.
and as regards to the car mate i liked the body kit though it would look better with a bit of smoothing and maybe without the door bars, and maybe all in one colour like black..
but thats just my opinion matey, only thing that matters is that you take care of it and you enjoy the car fella
