Immediate help require!

Have an aftermarket steering wheel and the horn wires burned out which I've since discovered can be a common fault!
Have been advised to purchase a phase 1 stalk with horn attached and it would be a direct fit to my 182 steering cowling but they appear different and won't fit. Really struggling, any ideas, advice, help would be greatly appreciated.

PIcs? And I think you have to swap around some of the return mechanism for the indicators to return..

The phase 1 is larger and bottoming out where we are pointing to.
