RenaultSport clio 172 mk2
hi guys im still contemplating on what to do with my clio next, having spoken to jon (thejesus) and benr they highly reccommend an itb conversion.
i would like to keep my aircon ideally as i use the car as an everyday car, which puts me off itb's, ive had a look at gdi's single large tb conv and it does look really good
ive also looked at bbtuning's 'Cams / Inlet Manifold / ECU / Headwork / Forged Piston Package' and they claim around 220bhp for around 3k. (do changing the pistons on a n/a engine get more power???)
ive had my inlets matched so i can shave off a bit of cost but i was wondering whether it would be better to just go for and extreme n/a route, but again the only thing putting me off that is that i get a 5k bang, whereas i would want power all they way round the rev range.
ideally i would like benR to do the headwork and his cams with the gdi individual tb with the omex 600 management but im not sure on how much power this would get.
any inputs from people that have done any of the above would be great!
