start saving for a sport (if you are planning to upgrade in the future).......? if not just lower and alloys. get her tidy and keep the money for running it.

Everyone says "save your money".
if your working full-time earning say £800-£900 a month why not spend a few hundred pounds making the car look nicer, so that you're happy driving around it & then save up from there.

Differences of opinion though isn't it...

You could spend a few hundred bob making it nicer and enjoy driving it that little bit more..

Or you could think "it's nice enough as it is to keep me going.."
and you'll save for something bigger and better quicker! =]

All awsome Ideas!

I'm thinking of just saving for a sport to be honest but it's like you said I want to drive around in somthing that looks awsome till I get a sport!

Cheers for the advice guys!

You only live once don't you, All this 'You never know when you'll kcik the bucket'

I've only got a 1.4 16v but I've ended up spending a fair bit on it tbh...

Just depends how much free money you fancy throwing at it!

For me I would:

Colour code it
Ph2 Rear Bumper and lights
Foglights
Lower it around 40/60mm
New Alloys
Silvervisions
Bee sting Aerial
Different splitter
Aero blade wipers
Paint calipers, Drums, Diamonds etc

I'd just be happy driving it for a year or two, then go for a faster car. No point in modding it.
i agree, all the money that you spend could potentially be money to your second car, yes it may be in the distant future but it all adds up.

  Focus TDCi
Colour code it, clear side repeaters and if you can get a cheap set of rear ph2 lights do that.

Don't bother dropping it, I'm in the same position and as much as I would like to the insurance want an additional £240 on the policy, which effectively means a set of Eibachs will set me back £400. Plus the price of a new set of alloys and tyres you're looking at pushing £800-1000, like Nathan says, it all adds up.

for me id just save up and get a sport, would be worth it in the long run.

Alloys, clear side repeaters, lowered and a dynamique spoiler, sorted.

Max spending of £500, not that much in the grand scheme of things, in fact your prob paying more than that for insurance.

  White Sti Hatch
Lowered, Dynamique Spoiler, Colour Code and Alloys !!

You know i said it to you and i say it alwasys but COIS FTW !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sport replica using genuine parts, would look smart in that color. Then when you come to sell it you should get a fair bit (if its done nicely) as it should appeal to people who cant quite insure a sport.
