Indicator making clicking noise/not making noise

This morning I had my left indicator on and it was making the loud ‘clicking’ noise, which seemed normal, and then it stopped without me cancelling the indicator. Is that normal? It seems to make a noise (the relay?) whenever it feels like it.
The car is a 172 Cup.

Yes, all working.

Not sure if this is the same but I've experienced that my hazzards will come on with no clicking noise or alarm noise if either I open it too quickly after unlocking it or the battery is a bit flat - cannot work out which one of the two but I would want to say a the later with a flatter battery. But once "reset" the indicators and hazzards make the clicking noise.

Strange. Well, after returning to the car hours later they now click.
