Injection Moulding

Anyone on here that does this - i need an outer skin making for both doors on a 3dr 98 clio and a tailgate

injection moulding, vacuum forming and fibre / carbon work as far as I remember.

can he fabricate me 2 outer door skins and a tailgate in clear perspex - i can drop the doors off for him and the tailgate. I basically just want outer moulds making - not inner frames.

To make a tool for injection moulding would cost you about 20k ,lol ! As for perspex its too brittle m8 , i know , i make the stuff . You want either " Makrolon " this looks like perspex but its a polycarbonate , its the stuff they make police riot shields out of .And you would have to have a vac forming mould made up the exact same size as the panels you want . Your best option would be to get carbon fibre panels made up , extremely strong and light but will cost a few quid .
