Injector removal

Righty at some point today (in work) im going to give this a go. From what ive read its realtivly straight forward to remove the rail, although awkward to get the injectors out. Whats the easiest way to try and determine which ones at fault, by removing each one and listening to the engine note change? Anything else i should be weary of or need on standby? Im guessing its going to piss fluid out. If the replies can be simples step by step that would be great :)

When I was firing on 3 I check that the coil was energising on each injector by connecting a 12v supply to each and listening for a click. Took only a few minutes and showed injector 3 wasn't working. Changed it and all started working again.

This won't work if the injector is just blocked but this is unlikely.

Its not firing on three mate. Its just hesitant when left over night etc, clears and its ok but i can still feel it. It may just be the car itself but want to check everything, just what im like. The cars on the ramp next door and im flitting between there and work, i want to do the jobs. Where is the plug for the front o2 sensor?
