hi, can anyone tell me any good cheap insurance companys for new drivers. im 17 driven for bout 3 months and got a 1.2 16v 53reg clio. also how much would allo wheels and lowering it cost.

best to try companies like HIC and CIS if youre planning on modding the car. Not just a case of who gives you the cheapest quote justnow, its wholl give you the cheapest quote after the mods, and whether the mods are worth any increase in premium.
