Insurance with 3rd party on other vehicles?

With most insurance policies it seems you're automatically covered 3rd party on other cars if you're 25 or older. Being 24 it's a bit of a kick in the pants, anyone know of insurance that covers you 3rd party on other vehicles on top of your regular insurance?

Bell used to do offer it as an extra, no idea if they still do.

Yeah they've stopped that now, had it a couple of years ago with them called a flexi-bell policy
