Interior light

the interior light on the roof lining i removed it the other day and i was jst looking roudn and noticed that its a sealed unit what do i do if this bulb goes do i need to buy a whole new light or does it come apart somehow ??

Its a Renault it will come off or fall off eventually

its a 2000 w reg clio i was jst wonderin as im thinking puttin a white light in instead of the yellowish one so if any you guys can tell me if it def comes apart adn hwo that would be great
