Interior lights not behaving

I noticed last week that when I turned the interior lights on the lighting around the heater controls were very dim. When I moved the controls they lit up to the normal level. You can see on this photo how it looked before I touched the controls. Everything else is working, but I am wondering if this is a problem with a connection or is it something related to the UC H?

Guessing a loose connection behind the panel.

Should be able to pop the panel out fairly easily and have a look.
