interiors?

will a mk2 or mk3 interior [ just the seats] fit into a mk1 i would have thought the front ones will easily beacuse it is only 4 bolts but i dunno i thought the back ones may be the same shape but does anyone know?

please talk in phases its a lot easier. eg, mk1 - ph1/2/3. i would think they are all the same as between the phases the same as the mk 2's are.

well you won't find any mk3 interior for sale for a while yet. Someone on ebay asked me if my mk2 interior would fit in there mk1. I asked the question on here and apparently its been done but theres a lot of work involved. I think all the bolts on the fronts would be different, the rear bench fittings would fit different and maybe even the wrong size. Possible look at buckets and a strip out if you'd like something different and not as much work.
