Intermittent wipers not working

Any ideas? New stalk or something else... suggestions how to fix....? The 2nd click down doesn't work or the turner which lets u set the speed of wipe but all other settings work

Rain sensor? Mine had been removed by a previous owner so no intermittent wipe until I got hold of Clip and changed the programming to no rain sensor and intermittent wipe. In my case I also had a 'serv' light on the dash due to the missing sensor.
