internet problems?

Internet is being really slow atm and often comes up with
'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'

Tried the diagnose the problem and its says the connection it good.
Also when i am replying to a post it says 'post slow reply' not fast reply??

Any ideas?

It says post slow reply for everyone.

That error can be attributed to a number of things such as a problem with the DNS server(s) or packet loss. It's hard to say without more info to go on but try a few traceroutes to the websites you're trying to get on.
