After writing a shitty arsed email to karoo asking them 3 main questions and asking them to answer each of them, i recieved a reply saying :
"Sorry for not answernig all your questions, however i have discovered a serious fault with your line"
I was at the point where i was disconnecting every 30 seconds and was only getting a 3-4 mbit connections at worst and not seeing more than 5-6 mbit during the day.
After ringing me up and sending some really strange man round i now have a 9.5mbit line during the evenings at worst and during the day a 10.5mbit connection during the day. Hardly disconnects either !!
