How if you can put up a pic on CS via my iPad ?

Phototbucket or any of the photo hosting services, or tapatalk. Either of these will aloow you to add pics using an iPad

Upload to Imgur then paste the BBCode in to the forum.
Will say BBCode on the right with code similar to this;

Although just to add when I click the 'upload file' button I have to cancel and then press it again to be able to 'choose file'
